Project Description

Carew Associates provided design of mechanical and electrical services for a single-story, 7,000 s.f., enhanced 911 and emergency communications facility.

HVAC system consists of a water source heat pump system, with cooling tower, propane fired boiler, humidity control and DDC automatic temperature control.

Plumbing system included domestic water well, 15,000 gal. water storage tank for domestic and fire protection systems, and hydro-pneumatic system. Sprinkler system performance specification.

Electrical System consists of 120/208 volt distribution system with 150 KW diesel driven power generator for the entire facility, energy efficient lighting, fire alarm system, UPS for communications systems and security system.
