Project Description

Carew Associates provided mechanical and electrical design services for a single-story, 16,500 s.f., enhanced 911 and emergency communications facility.

HVAC system consisted of a water source heat pump system with cooling tower, gas fired boiler humidity control and DDC automatic temperature control. Typical plumbing designs. Sprinkler performance specification.

Electrical system consisted of 120/208 volt distribution system with 250 KW diesel driven power generator for the entire facility, energy efficient lighting, fire alarm system ad voice and data network cabling.
