Joining the company in 1972, Robert Cannon became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1984. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, with more than 35 years experience with project engineering and design of electrical systems for commercial, educational, institutional, industrial, chemical process, water treatment and waste treatment facilities. Projects include airport runway/taxiway lighting, museum lighting, stage lighting, site primary distribution, power conditioning, uninterruptible power supply, standby/emergency power systems, equipment and static grounding, fire/smoke/security systems, voice and data system wiring, control instrumentation, classified hazardous area work and electrical failure reports. He has served as expert witness in court trials. Mr. Cannon served as a council member of Delaware Association of Professional Engineers and is presently on the examination committee; member of National Fire Protection Association, International; past member of Consulting Engineers Council of Delaware; past member (and Chairman 1985/86) of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Delaware Bay Section; past member of Industrial Committee of American Consulting Engineering Council. |

With more than 25 years of experience, Bill Balascio is responsible for the engineering and design development of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for municipal and industrial facilities from conceptual stage through construction administration including design specifications and cost estimates.
Project design experience includes all aspects of instrumentation and controls, power distribution, and standby power generation, with extensive experience in all aspects of industrial control systems design, development, and start-up. System experience ranging from PLC based control systems and PC-based HMI/SCADA systems through Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Mr. Balascio is a licensed professional engineer in Delaware & Maryland, and is a past president (2007/2008) of the Wilmington section of the International Society of Automation. |

Allen Allshouse is Vice President of our firm and has been with the company since 1988. An alumni of University of Delaware and Penn State University, he is responsible for project management and the engineering and design development of electrical systems for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities from conceptual stage through construction administration including design specifications and cost estimates.
Project design experience includes power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, emergency and standby power generation, fire alarm, public address, motor control, voice and data network distribution. |

With more than 15 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, Oke Amachi is a registered Professional Engineer in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Amachi is responsible for engineering and design of mechanical systems for various industrial, commercial, laboratories and institutional projects. |

Bob Briggs has over 35 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design engineering for water treatment, water storage, wastewater treatment, and wastewater pumping stations, and chemical and pharmaceutical/bio-technical industries. His design experience includes power distribution, control, PLC control, telemetry and SCADA systems. |
